Priority Shipping Note: Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Priority shipping applies from the date of shipment, not the order placement date.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended to 2-3 business days. We will notify customers of any delays via email.

Tracking Updates: Tracking information typically updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. If you don't see updates after 48 hours, please contact us.
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order.
Uptown Healing is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend:
Package Not Received After Delivery Confirmation? Contact us within 5 business days of the delivery confirmation date. While we are not liable after delivery, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Address changes can only be made before your order is processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or redirect the package.
