Return Policy Overview

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Important: Due to health and safety regulations, herbal products cannot be returned once opened. Please read our full policy below.

Return Policy

All herbal products are final sale once opened. We can only accept returns of unopened products in original sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Returnable: Unopened products with intact seals, wrong items shipped, or items damaged during shipping.

Non-Returnable: Any opened, used, expired, or improperly stored products. Custom blends are final sale.

Why? FDA regulations prohibit the resale of opened consumable products for health and safety reasons.

Trying a new herb? Start with our smallest size (2oz loose or 20-bag teabags) before ordering larger quantities.

Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email returns@uptownhealing.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and reason for return
  2. Provide Details: Include photos if the item was damaged or defective
  3. Receive RMA Number: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 1-2 business days
  4. Package Securely: Use the original packaging when possible. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship with Tracking: Send the package using a trackable shipping method (we recommend USPS Priority Mail with tracking)
  6. Processing Time: We'll inspect and process your return within 5-7 business days of receiving the items

Important: Returns without an RMA number may be refused or experience significant processing delays.

Want a Different Product? We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your unopened item for a refund following the process above, then place a new order for the product you'd like to try.
